By submitting a service request through our website, phone, WhatsApp, or email, you are requesting a repair appointment. All bookings are subject to technician availability and we will confirm your appointment within our working hours (Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM).
We will make every effort to attend your appointment at the scheduled time. However, due to the nature of field service, appointment times are estimates and may be subject to slight delays. We will notify you in advance if there is a significant delay.

Our technician will carry out a thorough diagnosis of your appliance and provide you with an estimate of the repair cost before commencing any work. No repair work will begin without your explicit consent to the estimate provided.
In some cases, additional faults may be discovered during the repair process that were not apparent at the time of initial diagnosis. In such instances, our technician will inform you of the additional work required and provide a revised estimate before proceeding.
Diagnosis fees, where applicable, will be communicated upfront. The diagnosis fee is typically waived when you proceed with the repair.
Payment is due upon completion of the repair service. We accept cash, UPI, and other digital payment methods. All charges, including labour and parts, will be clearly itemised.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The estimate provided by our technician at the time of diagnosis is valid for that specific service visit.
We use Samsung-compatible spare parts for all repairs. While we strive to use the highest quality components, we cannot guarantee that all parts carry an original Samsung manufacturer warranty. The warranty on replaced spare parts, where applicable, will be communicated by our technician at the time of repair.
We provide a service warranty on the repair work carried out by our technicians. The warranty period varies depending on the type of repair and parts used, and will be clearly specified at the time of service completion.
